Return Window Returns are accepted within 1 year of receiving the item.

Return Conditions

• Items must be undamaged to be eligible for return.
• Items with quality defects are eligible for a full refund, including both outbound and return shipping costs covered by us.

Refund Timeline

• Orders cancelled within 24 hours of placement and before shipment will receive a full refund promptly.

Custom / Personalized Products

• Custom orders that have not yet shipped are eligible for a 60% refund.

Non-Quality Returns (Change of Mind)

• If you wish to return an item due to personal preference and the item has no quality issues, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
