Each pillow is carefully packaged to prevent compression, damage, or soiling during transit: pillows are wrapped in soft, breathable tissue paper and placed in sturdy, moisture-resistant boxes to retain their shape and quality. For sets of pillows, each piece is individually wrapped and secured to prevent shifting during shipping, and each package is inspected before dispatch to ensure the pillows arrive in pristine, brand-new condition, ready for use.
Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s journey in real time from our facility to your provided delivery address. Shipping timelines vary based on your geographic location: domestic orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days, while international orders generally take 8–16 business days for delivery. Extended international timelines are due to mandatory customs clearance procedures, cross-border postal processing, and regional carrier logistics. Please note these are estimated delivery windows, and unforeseen delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, strict customs inspections, peak holiday shipping volumes, postal service backlogs, or disruptions with third-party shipping carriers. We are not liable for delays caused by external carriers or customs authorities, but we will actively assist with tracking updates and prompt issue resolution to minimize inconvenience.
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on your delivery location, package weight, and dimensions. We periodically run free shipping promotions for orders that meet a specified minimum purchase amount; current active promotions are displayed prominently on our website homepage for easy reference. For international customers, all applicable customs duties, import taxes, and local customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. These additional charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping cost, and must be paid in full upon package arrival to release the shipment.
